find own mobile number

Since the trend of writing phone numbers in the diary has gone and started saving contact numbers in the phone contact book, people tend to forget the numbers. Even they don’t remember their own phone number. But what when someone asks for your own number or you need it for e-recharge? Well, today I will show you how to find own mobile number in major Indian telecom companies.

Moreover, when you get a sim card, it takes time to remember your own phone number. It generally happens with many people.

Most of the time you search your own mobile number in the sim card booklet or from a piece of paper you wrote on. But here, I’m sharing some USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) code with you to check own mobile number right from your mobile phone.

Use the USSD Code to Check your Own Mobile Number in India

The USSD code is a quick way to communicate with the mobile network’s servers to avail their VAS (value-added services) as well as free services.

Just you need to dial a USSD code on your phone and it will instantly search and show your phone number right on your phone display.

Each mobile operator company has a different shortcode to find own mobile number, here is the list for some most popular telecom operators like Bharti Airtel, Idea, Reliance Jio, Vodafone, BSNL, Tata Docomo, Telenor, and MTNL.

For giant telecom brands, below is the universal code to check your own number details. Go to your phone and dial it.
